 Dr Susannah Robertson-Hart, Director and Occupational Psychologist

Susannah is an Occupational Psychologist with 18 years’ experience in the field of workplace mental health, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Susannah has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and a PhD in Business and Management.

With extensive consultancy experience for UK and international organisations across various industries, coupled with experience of in-house senior management roles with strategic responsibility for mental health and wellbeing, Susannah brings depth and breadth of knowledge to Healthy Work Psychology. Susannah is also an experienced researcher and vocational rehabilitation consultant.

Having spent 7 years as the BBC’s Occupational Psychologist leading on mental health, Susannah has particular expertise and interest in mental health in the TV and Film industry.

Susannah combines her professional qualifications, skills and experience to offer specialist, credible and evidence based services to employers.
