 Susannah has provided both strategic and operational consultancy for Music Minds Matter for more than two years now and she has been instrumental in ensuring we take an evidence led approach to our service design and that we can deliver the impact we intend to for people in music with regards to mental health and wellbeing. As well as being a highly experienced and expert consultant psychologist, Susannah is an empathetic and collaborative colleague who has truly understood our mission and goals and provided us with the support we need to realise them and with whom our whole team greatly enjoy working. Key projects Susannah has delivered for us include design of our impact framework and two strategic interventions review to produce recommendations for our future service. These outputs have all been considered at Executive and Board level.

Dr Susannah was commissioned to conduct a review of our Support Line’s Mental Health offering. It was immediately clear from her initial proposal that not only had she understood the brief and underlying need for the review, but also had the skill and expertise to deliver. She was an absolute pleasure to work with; flexible, professional and above all empathetic.

 Dr Susannah interviewed a broad range of service users, external stakeholders and staff and brought a very people-centred approach to these interactions to draw out the information she required. I would gladly recommend Healthy Work Psychology, and happily work with Dr Susannah again.     

 Susannah is an experienced and credible consultant psychologist.
